Patrick and I stopped by the Prairie District Lofts sales center at just the right time. Frankel & Giles‘ sales team just moved from a commercial space inside the building (located at 1727 S Indiana Ave) to one of its residential units. There, we were able to get a good look at the development’s high ceilings, timber beams and other “lofty” features.
Sales associate Marquita Hanus told us a little bit about the project as she took us through the sales center and another one-bedroom unit in the spacious old Kodak building; click “play” to hear everything she has to say.
