As promised, here’s some footage from our recent tour of the Rowhomes on Stave, 2060 N Stave St.
Jay Kuchenbecker of Century 21 Sussex & Reilly took us through a model at the 18-unit development in Logan Square. Price points range from the $590s to $620s for the four-bedroom / three-bathroom townhouses.
I will save the location or architecture comments for those more knowledgable. However the finish package is quite nice, assuming the model as shown is basic specs included. The stone, cabinet, and appliance grouping is a step up as compared to other townhomes for the size and price range.
