Transforming an old hospital into new homes in Lincoln Park

Yesterday afternoon Joe Zekas and I met Sandz Development principal David Goldman outside the old Lincoln Park Hospital (or Grant Hospital, if you prefer) to learn more about Webster Square, the new mixed-use development that Sandz plans to build at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue, Webster Avenue, and Larrabee Street.

Here, David discusses Sandz Development’s involvement with the property to date, and explains how the company intends to adapt the hospital and other existing structures into new condos, offices, and retail space.
