It’s gonna be huge. The Yo has learned that The Donald has reserved the top floor of Trump International Hotel & Tower all for himself. Chicago’s priciest penthouse was listed for $28 million when Trump, an obvious fan of superlatives, decided he didn’t want just any multi-multi-millionaire laying claim to the highest pad in the windy city.
No word yet on whether Mr. Trump actually plans to hang his hair in the 14,000 square-foot residence, which encompasses the entire 89th floor of the tower and will have 16-foot ceilings with full-height windows and 360-degree views. Tere Proctor, director of sales for Trump Tower, said Trump might decide to put the penthouse back on the market in the future, but, for now, nobody can trump the Donald.
