Earlier this year a group of investors bought up the remaining inventory at high-rise, located at 222 E Pearson St in Streeterville, and immediately cut prices by as much as 40 percent in some cases. It’s hard to name many other buildings where buyers can find three-bedroom units in the heart of Streeterville for less than $370,000.
