A couple of townhouses from Cornelia Court’s second phase are still for sale and ready for immediate occupancy, says sales agent Gale Goldstick of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
A three-bedroom / three-bath home with 2,242 square feet is priced in the $490s, and a four-bedroom / 3.5-bath home with 2,904 square feet is selling in the $610s, according to Goldstick.
The three-bedroom unit at 3007 W Cornelia Ave has several upgraded features including a Viking stainless-steel appliance package, a custom fireplace mantle, a washer and dryer, and custom painting. The home has a two-car attached garage. (I’ve attached the floor plan for this model, the “Cornelia,” at the end of the post.)
The four-bedroom, located at 3001 W Cornelia Ave, is five feet wider than the three-bedroom and has a slightly larger attached garage. Upgraded features in the unit include crown molding on the first and second floors, upgraded kitchen cabinetry, a side-by-side washer / dryer, a surround-sound system on the second level, and custom painting throughout.
Cornelia Court is moving toward the delivery of its third-phase homes, all of which can be ready for occupancy within 90 days. Two two-bedrooms are still available in the $470s, three three-bedrooms are available from the $510s to $520s, and two four-bedrooms are available in the $580s to the $640s. These homes have not been finished and are still open to customization, Goldstick says.
When complete, Cornelia Court will comprise 63 townhouses near Cornelia and Sacramento avenues in Avondale.
