The home, listed at $649,000, has two half-baths, cherry cabinetry, a master suite with three closets and a Jacuzzi tub, a sunken living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a formal dining room, and a two-car garage, according to the listing from Julie Downey of Gagliardo Realty. 2009 taxes are 16,288.
