In a video I posted yesterday at CA23, I wondered aloud whether that development set a new high for price points in the West Loop. I still think that’s probably the case, but at a minimum of $340 per square foot, these remaining units at Adams on the Park almost match CA23’s minimum price per square foot of $342.

However, that photo from last winter does reveal one thing: The building is located next to a police station. In terms of neighborhood safety, that’s great, but the sound of police sirens isn’t so great.
Nothing has really changed at Adams on the Park since March, from what I can tell, except it seems that about $30,000 has been taken off the less expensive unit. In fact, I believe that these two units have been on the market for at least a year and a half.
According to Sasse’s brochure, both of these full-floor units have three bedrooms, separate dens, 2.5 baths and about 2,200 square feet of living space. Each unit has private elevator access, heated garage parking, and private outdoor space. The third-floor unit is priced in the $740s, and the unit on the fourth floor is priced in the $790s.
The “Park” in the development’s name is Skinner Park, which is located across the street. Part of that park is set to be redeveloped with the addition of a dog park and playground.
