Union Row's least expensive townhome: Three bedrooms for less than $375,000

For $374,900 — well under the maximum purchase price backed by the FHA — a buyer can pick up a three-bedroom townhome at Union Row in East Pilsen, says Belgravia Group Vice President Zev Salomon. Zev and I took a quick look around the unit’s main level last week and then stepped outside onto its east-facing deck to get a good look at the views of the Loop to the north.

As Zev and I both note, the tracks on the northern end of Union Row are hardly a dealbreaker for anyone who wants to live in an urban environment, and Belgravia built the homes with sound reduction in mind.

Belgravia recently reduced prices on all remaining townhomes at Union Row by an average of 30 percent.
