Rose Garden Homes elevations

If you think multi-million dollar new-construction single-family homes are only found north of Madison Street, the Rose Garden Homes at Ivy Hall at University Village may convince you otherwise. Starting at just shy of $2 million, each of these four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom homes encompass 4,738 square feet. They’ll be located in front of the newly-built rose garden on the 700 block of West 14th Street. The site was originally intended for townhomes, according to Kathleen Ryan, Sales Director for Ivy Hall, but strong demand for single-family homes in the area prompted the South Campus Development Team, the consortium of companies that is developing the project, to change its course.

  • Somehow I doubt the aromatic wonders of the rose garden will do much against the exhaust fumes wafting off the Dan Ryan?

  • If folks can buy condo’s overlooking expressway and inhale the emissions from their balconies, certainly they’ll buy homes with garden designs. Personally I love the floorplans. I see my next rehab (in a more resonable neighborhood area) coming together.
