Newer downtown apartment buildings have vied to deliver elaborate amenities packages. Lavish landscaped pool decks with gas grills and fire pits, fitness centers, resident lounges, demonstration kitchens, business centers, theaters and more are common.
We’ve identified three condo buildings that can boast an unusual amenity: a private running track.
Domain, 900 N Kingsbury, has a quarter-mile rooftop track with spectacular city and skyline views.
Grand Plaza, 540 N State St, has both apartment and condo towers and a track that’s shared by all the residents. There are several putting greens adjacent to the track.
The condos at Aqua, 225 N Columbus Dr, are on the top floors of the building and share a running track with rental apartments and a hotel on the lower floors.
