Last week we told you about Northwestern University professor Eli Finkel’s plans to sell his Evanston condo to the highest bidder after only a weekend of showings. All indications are that Finkel’s expeditious methods were a success: he reports that he sold the place, with a 30-day closing. “I got a reasonable price but didn’t make a killing,” he says.
