The smallest home, a two-bedroom / two-bath condo totaling 1,260 square feet, starts in the $530s and includes a 300-square-foot deck. The development has six homes of this format; each one varies a little bit in terms of size and layout.
The development’s three penthouses start in the $810s; the smallest is 1,750 square feet with a 540-square-foot deck. Garage parking is included for each condo, according to Fox.
Interior finishes feature Viking appliances, Fisher & Paykel dishwashers and oversized TOTO soaking tubs. Instead of polished granite, kitchen and bathroom countertops are made from recycled quartz. Bedroom carpeting is certified through Greenguard, a program that measures indoor air quality.
The commercial space on the first floor will be marketed to retail tenants.
