I received an updated price list today for Terrazio, a 180-unit mid-rise development at 1935 S Wabash Ave in the South Loop. The project is about 40 percent sold, and several floor plans are entirely sold out. Here’s a look at the price ranges:
- One-bedroom condos: $180s to $240s
- Two-bedroom condos: $260s to $390s
- Three-bedroom condos: $390s to $430s
The prices reflect the $25,000 discount that went into effect last year. One-bedroom homes have proved particularly popular; just 12 remain in the entire development. Parking starts at $35,000.
James Ratke, of Koenig & Strey, says the development will begin delivering in late summer of 2009.
