We caught wind that a furnished model was open in Silver Tower, Stonegate Development‘s 40-story River North high-rise, so after lunch, Joe and I took a quick stroll over to 303 W Ohio St to investigate. First move-ins began about a month ago at Silver Tower, and construction is still underway on some of the upper floors.
While we were there, I grabbed an updated price sheet, which shows that 157 of the 233 homes (roughly 67 percent) are under contract. One-bedrooms with 728 to 947 square feet of space are priced from the $260s to the $420s, two-bedrooms with 1,080 to 1,190 square feet of space are priced from the $450s to the $570s, and the lone three-bedroom on the price sheet — an 1,850 square-foot three-bedroom / 2.5-bath duplex — is priced in the $870s.
@properties agent Tony Madonia agreed to take us up to the furnished model, a 1,190 square-foot two-bedroom / two-bath unit on the 15th floor. The 07 tier (seen in the floor plan below) is located on the west side of the building, overlooking the Ohio Street feeder ramp, but as Madonia noted when we entered the home, it also has broad north and south exposures, making it the only tier in the building with three exposures.
We took a quick look around the model, and Joe snapped a few photos, but we hope to return to shoot a video tour of Silver Tower within the next few days.
