Valley Lo is both a private club and a residential development built in the 60s and 70s around a 38-acre lake that’s stocked with fish and allows non-motorized boating.
There are several dozen single-family homes along the lakefront and several hundred townhomes. The single-families tend to sell for upwards of $1M, while the townhomes range from the mid-$200s to just over $500K.
The Valley Lo Club has a short 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse with 5 dining options (2 of them seasonal), tennis courts and a fitness room.
