Video – 14 new Noah Properties homes in Logan Square

A Logan Square block is about to be transformed by the construction of fourteen new single-family homes by hot-selling builder Noah Properties.

The development, billed as the Artisan Collection, will have 12 homes fronting the 2600 block of tree-lined Medill St and 2 homes around the corner on Belden.

The free-standing homes, pre-construction priced from the high $700s, will be across the street from a playground and park, and within a short walk of restaurants, shops and a CTA Blue line stop.
