In this second video from my recent trip to 2500 South Halsted in Bridgeport, Koenig & Strey agent Jason Stratton and I look at the kitchen and common areas of the furnished model. As I mentioned before, the eight-unit condo building at the corner of Archer Avenue and Halsted Street is being developed and designed by architect Ron Vari, and he has outfitted the model kitchen with so much stainless steel it almost felt like we wandered into the back of a restaurant.
All of the homes in 2500 South Halsted have two bedrooms and two baths, and prices range from the $350s to the $400s.
