Last week, I met with Dave Auffarth from Keller Williams Realty and the MyCityHome Group to poke around One Place Condominiums at 1 E 8th St in the Loop. Construction on the 91-unit building is almost complete, and Auffarth says 85 of the condos in the building are already sold, meaning that just six one- and two-bedrooms are still available.
Both of the model units Auffarth showed me had two bedrooms and two baths, and they both had fairly similar layouts. The first one, which was located on the north side of the building, was priced in the $290s, while the other one, which was located in the eighth floor, facing State Street, was priced in the $310s.
