Outdoor space is scarce in the River North neighborhood, but it’s abundant at Kingsbury Plaza, a 43-story, 420-unit apartment tower on the east bank of the Chicago River.
Kingsbury Plaza has a sprawling landscaped deck with floral plantings, trees, BBQ grills, a whirlpool, an outdoor pool and sweeping views of the skyline. It also has a walkway along the river that’s a popular spot for dog walking and relaxing.
