I looked at three different single-family homes – affordable, market-rate and upgraded – when I visited RDM Development’s Marquette Village on Thursday. Only the base-level market-rate home was fully staged as a model home, so I shot a short video in that house with Chelton Blackburn from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
As Blackburn mentions in the video, several of the features in the homes have been upgraded from previous finish levels, and the prices of all of the homes have recently been reduced. Prices for the three-bedroom / 2.5-bath homes now start in the $250s.
