Earlier this afternoon, while discussing Avenue East and how it fits into the neighborhood, Equity Marketing Services agent Casey Ebel mentioned that buyers sometimes have difficulty finding the 26-story high-rise among the field of tall towers in Streeterville, and perhaps for that reason it’s often overlooked.

Two-bedroom / two-baths in Avenue East are priced from the $470s to the $760s, and there are also a couple available one-bedroom / one-baths that are priced in the $390s, and larger two-bedrooms with dens and 2.5 baths are priced from the $740s to $1.08 million.
Assessments cost from $436 to $1,079 per month, and parking is priced from $45,000 to $60,000 per space.
