Yesterday, we posted on developer John Madonis’ plans to build four mixed-use properties with C1-1 zoning – buildings that are ideal if you like the old-school approach of owning a business on the ground floor and living above it.
Later we stopped by the project, Lake Street Station, under construction at West Lake and North Morgan streets in Fulton Market, alongside the el tracks.
One of the buildings on Lake Street has sold, while two others on the same block are for sale, according to Madonis. The other mixed-use property will be built at 813 W Fulton Market, where Madonis plans to live and run a restaurant. Prices range from the $890s to $1.2 million.
