Following Joe’s announcement that furnished models are open at Lexington Square, the 39-townhouse development that’s being developed by Lexington Homes at 3704 S Sangamon St, I took a ride down to Bridgeport to have a look.
Eric Richards was working the sales center when I arrived, but he was busy with other potential buyers, so I showed myself around The Buckingham, a 2,507 square-foot three-bedroom / 2.5-bath model home. The entire home was elaborately staged, complete with the the 2005 World Series playing on the TV.
So far, 10 of the 39 homes in the development have been built, and they’re priced from the $430s to the $490s.
