The boutique vintage high-rise at 433 W Briar in Chicago’s Lakeview East neighborhood has been, according to project manager Zev Salomon, one of the stronger selling developments since new ownership took over the unsold units last September.
The building has only 3 units per floor. In the sponsored video, Salomon shows me around a 2-bedroom, 2 ½ bath unit that’s about 1,600 square feet in size. It’s one of two two-bedroom models that are priced from $339,900 to $419,900 – down from $425K to $670K under the previous ownership.
