Pass Welles Park in Lincoln Square on a sunny weekend afternoon and you’re sure to see plenty of stroller pushers, sunbathers, softball players, tennis partners, and pushcart vendors. Mark and I walked over to the park from Rockwell Crossing on Tuesday to get a better look at what it had to offer.
