The sales staff has been inside the Enterprise / Mesirow-developed, Pappageorge / Haymes-designed high-rise for almost a month, she says, and its 14th-floor sales center and three furnished models are open daily. (Have they been promoting this? I had to walk past the building to learn that it was open to visitors.)
Ninety-three of Walton on the Park’s 198 units, representing $81.2 million in listed value, are under contract, and many of those contracts date back to the early months of 2007, according to Redfin’s pending sales records. Pending sales range from a one-bedroom originally listed in the $430s to a four-bedroom originally listed for $2.85 million.
More than 100 one- to four-bedrooms, valued at a total of $103.4 million, are still listed from the $490s to $2.74 million.
Check back tomorrow for a look inside Walton on the Park’s models.
