In the past two weeks, Chicago Residential Experts has listed 10 units, ranging in price from $3,035 to $11,400 a month. The listing text differs a little from unit to unit (and in some cases is incorrect — a one-bedroom unit is described as having “two master suites”), but it looks like parking is being included with the rent, along with heat, air, gas, water, and Internet.
Listing agent Kyle Geistwhite declined to comment on these listings or any other details about Walton on the Park’s status when I called this morning, but with a development of this size, I bet we see more marketing throughout the spring and summer.
The low- and high-priced listings and one in between are:
- Unit #1905: A one-bedroom / one-bath corner unit with 920 square feet, priced at $3,035 (parking, heat, air, gas, water, and Internet included). Features stainless steel appliances, granite island and breakfast bar, Grohe faucets, and wide-plank hardwood floors throughout.
- Unit #2007: A two-bedroom / 2.5-bath corner unit with 1,520 square feet, priced at $4,880 (parking, heat, air, gas, water, and Internet included). Features stainless steel appliances, granite island and breakfast bar, Grohe faucets, and wide-plank hardwood floors throughout.
- Unit #3102: A four-bedroom / 3.5-bath corner penthouse with 3,400 square feet, priced at $11,400 a month (two parking spaces included; no information about utilities provided). Features a foyer, family and living rooms, two master suites, two balconies, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and marble baths with separate showers.
