Crain’s Chicago Real Estate Daily is reporting that 1401 South State has joined the ranks of apartment towers that have been put up for sale within the past two years. We recently commented on two, Parc Huron and EnV, that have fetched high per-unit prices.
The 22-story, 278-unit building is said to be 95% leased and reportedly may sell for $89 million, or $320,000 per unit.
