This is a partial screen cap of an e-mail just received from a major brokerage firm. Am I the only one who saw a familiar acronym embedded in it?
Was this an oversight or a real estate marketing SNAFU?

Pretty sure their goal was to draw attention, and in light of your post…..looks like it worked!
Hilarious!
Julie,
I must have a poorly-developed sense of humor. With the little girl in the ad, I just can’t get past the revulsion.
It is actually an attempt to copy the ad that ran for Belgravia’s CA23 condominium development and was made by the same advertising agency. Belgravia’s ad used OMG 🙂 instead of WTF, of course. I think using that acronym with the face of a child is in very poor taste. And copying the advertising campaign of another development just shows how desperate the sales team is to try and get people into that tired development.
Poor taste and blight AGAIN to our profession. Tired of vulgar ads like the “prices that don’t suck” genre. Price, location, quality of product is all that’s needed. No gimmicks.
