Here’s the closest thing to news that you’ll be hearing about Waterview Tower anytime soon — the project’s unattended construction crane poses “an imminent threat of injury to the public health and safety,” according to city attorneys.

I thought there was talk awhile back about turning the existing structure into a parking garage with the hope of resurrecting construction at a later date. Don’t know if this makes economic sense, but it’s an option.
