The 40-unit Granville Gardens is undergoing a “soft conversion,” according to Cliff Sears of Coldwell Banker, which is marketing the project at 1215 W Granville Ave. That means the units in the building won’t be upgraded, he says. The condos will be cleaned, lightly restored and sold pretty much as-is.
The one- and two-bedroom condos have hardwood floors and crown moldings. The building also has a storage and bike room and is a block from the Granville el stop.
According to Sears, 16 of the 40 units have sold since marketing began on the project in early June.
Sears, Mike Brennan and Michael Thomas of Coldwell Banker have the condos listed from the $130s to the $180s.
