Hank, over at our Old Town Triangle journal, told us about the Crilly Court condo conversion last summer, but we recently drove by to check things out. Rehab work is still being done inside the 90-unit development, which encompasses four buildings on Crilly Court and a block-long building on Wells Street. Baird & Warner has only three units left in the building, and prices start in the $280s.
