It’s a one-bedroom, but @properties says it has more than 1,000 square feet. It also has timber beamed ceilings, exposed brick and ductwork, 14-foot ceiling heights, 10-foot-tall windows and a rooftop deck with a grill and city views. Heated garage parking is available for $25,000, and the Brown Line is half a block away. These days, we’re not sure if that’s a good thing or not. Rose Green has the property listed for $279,900.
