Nearly two years after North Beach Lofts went on the market, the 43-unit project in Rogers Park is nearing a sellout. Only four lofts are still available, according to Dan Collins of Jameson Realty Group, which is marketing the development at 1225 W Morse Ave. Take the virtual tour to see what Jameson has been offering in order to grab the attention of buyers in what is traditionally not a hot market for lofts.
The lofts have exposed ductwork and Italian cabinetry. Units such as the one in the virtual tour go for around $349,900. Features include attached garages, balconies, hardwood floors and track lighting. The building has a choice of rehabbed units or brand new models that were built when three stories were added to the existing two-story structure.
