Most downtown developments south of the river place a premium on their park and lake views. But when a giant dormitory stands between your 18-story tower and Lake Michigan, your east-facing units no longer seem so special.
At Library Tower, 520 S State St in the Loop, buyers might be more interested in the views to the north, northwest and west, which capture both the Loop’s soaring skyline and the lofts of Printers Row. I spent some time in the tower yesterday afternoon, and made sure to snap a few shots in those directions, as well the views to the southwest (far bottom left) and southeast (far bottom right).
Check back this weekend for the views inside Library Tower.
