Last week, our staff started piecing together a new high-rise guide with all sorts of information about every new condo and rental tower in the city. The new guide will have up-to-date price ranges for each unit type, from studios on up, the latest percentage of units sold, and checklists of all the amenities relevant to potential buyers. Do some or all of a building’s condos or apartments have balconies? How many towers have sundecks and common terraces? Are their pools located indoors or outdoors?
One of the things we’re asking is whether the building has a laundry / valet service or a cleaners located in one of its commercial spaces. An in-unit washer / dryer is commonplace these days, but what if you need to do some dry cleaning? Can you get those suits and dresses cleaned without leaving home?
Of the 94 buildings on our list, we’ve heard back from 19 that have either or both of these amenities on-site. We’ll keep adding to this list as we hear back from these developments, so keep an eye out for new additions.
