Wrightwood Neighbors is a strollers-and-dogs Lincoln Park enclave. The relatively low-density pocket neighborhood, which is bounded by Diversey and Fullerton parkways, Halsted Street and Southport Avenue, has two ‘L’ stations, at least three small parks, and active commercial districts along all of its major streets.
I found 10 active condo developments and two townhouse developments in Wrightwood Neighbors, although neither of the townhouse developments – Montana Rowhomes and Row 2750 – have been built yet. The least expensive new condos in the neighborhood are at Avenue, 2757 N Lincoln Ave, where two-bedroom / two-baths start in the $450s, and the most expensive are Montana Rowhomes’ $1.4-million four-bedroom / 4.5-bath townhouses.
In 2007, Joe Zekas toured Wrightwood Neighbors with Jeff Kerr of @properties and the ChitownLiving blog. You can see one segment from their walk-around below and the other four through the YoChicago YouTube channel.
