This week we’re focusing on the 14-story Superior at LaSalle, located at 150 W Superior St in River North. Affinity Development’s tower has 10 homes left, according to its sales staff: one one-bedroom, three one-bedrooms with dens, four two-bedroom corner units with 15-foot-high floor-to-ceiling windows, one three-bedroom, and one penthouse space. Prices (with parking) range from the $350s to $1.19 million.
