An @properties webpage has begun surfacing details of the condo offerings at Webster Square, 550 W Webster in Lincoln Park.
Residences at Webster Square, the condo portion of the development, will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom condos with 1 ½ to 3 ½ baths, priced from $480,000 to $2,000,000. South-facing units will have dramatic skyline views.
Building services and amenities will include 24-hour door staff, heated underground parking, a fitness center and a half-acre private courtyard.
The condos, in the building that formerly housed Lincoln Park Hospital, are part of the larger Webster Square master-planned community. The development includes the new luxury apartments featured in the above video, eight custom single-family home sites along Grant Street, and neighborhood retail, including the first Chicago location for gourmet grocery store Mrs Green’s Natural Market.
