We don’t have too many details just yet about Mod, the West Loop project from Stillpoint Development, The Pickus Companies and Castlebar Enterprises, Inc., but what we do know sounds intriguing: it looks like a glass-and-steel mid-rise with floor-to-ceiling windows, “polished concrete” floors, teak kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops and a fitness center with a “yoga loft” (we assume that means a yoga studio with high-ish ceilings).
One- to two-bedroom condos, some with dens, range from the high $200s to the high $300s. Jameson Realty Group appears to be marketing the project (they placed an ad about it in the Tribune) though it’s not on their Web site yet. A sales center for the project is located at 1131 W Madison St.
