It’s hard to believe this small plot of land on the corner of Clark St and Wacker Dr will soon be home to one of the tallest buildings in Chicago. We’re anxious to see Teng and Associates‘ pencil-thin Waterview Tower spring up at 111 W Wacker Dr, perpendicular to the roadway Teng helped to reconstruct. The 89-story high-rise will play host to the Shangri-La Hotel and Resort, 233 residential condos and 200 hotel condos.
