Echelon at K Station, a high-rise apartment community in Chicago’s Fulton River District, recently updated its common areas despite the fact that the building is only five years old.

Echelon recently hosted a brokers’ open house to show off the changes to rental agents, and quite a few of them attended — lured by great food, a sunny day, and apartments that their clients are likely to love.
