Jeff Kerr, over at Chitown Living, writes about some recent developments that will improve the home search experience for Chicagoans.
“These are great changes,” says Kerr. “Unfortunately they are about 5 years too late.”
As I see it, they’re also far too little.
If, for example, I wanted to go out this afternoon to look at new construction open houses, there’s no single Web site — or even any collection of Web siteis — that I could visit to find that information. I’d pick up a Sunday Trib, and work from there. — faster, easier, more efficient, for all its print-bound shortcomings.
