Randy Fifield presides over a large enough brood of youngsters to have learned a thing or two about Halloween.

Randy recently emailed suggesting that the Halloween scene on the 1400 and 1500 blocks of State and Dearborn in the Gold Coast “is out of a story book.”

If you plan on going, don’t harbor any delusions of finding a parking space in the neighborhood.
