Who says real estate brokers don't work hard?

Lately, it seems, they’re worker harder than ever. In the video above Coldwell Banker Winnetka North’s Linda Martin walks us through a newly-built $1,427,000 home in a Lincolnshire subdivision.

Martin had the home staged and turned the open house into a well-organized event attended by several dozen home buyers. The developer and a number of related professionals and vendors were on hand to answer questions and entertain, and I shot video of some of them:
