During a brokers’ open house at the Lexington Square townhomes in Bridgeport yesterday, Joe Zekas asked half a dozen real estate agents to talk about their favorite things about Bridgeport. There were a few recurring themes: location, neighborliness, and especially value, with many agents perceiving price levels to be roughly half of comparable new townhomes in Hyde Park or Lincoln Park.
