Wicker Park condo building sells out

We just heard Northfield Place, the 16-unit new-construction building at North and Marshfield avenues, has sold out, but judging by what we’ve seen today in the Wicker Park rental market, there’s always a chance a condo in the building will pop up on the rental pages. Anyone know what tenants have occupied the ground-floor commercial space?
