Foundation work is underway at Basecamp River North, a 47-unit rowhouse development at 450 W Oak that was announced last December.
The first two phases of the Near North Side development are sold out. Phase III units are priced from $562,900 for 3-bedroom, 3-baths and $749,900 for 4-bedroom, 3 ½ bath homes.
The first photo above looks toward the Basecamp site from the west, and the second was shot at the southeast corner of the development. Great views, but are they the best from a 2-story rowhome in the city?
The townhomes at Union Row in East Pilsen have great skyline views from their 4th floor roof decks.
