Wilmette’s social divide — NoLa and SoLa

The highlight of The Wolf Pack’s debut performance at the annual Thornwood Park Concert was the band’s original lyrics to Lola, touting Lake Avenue’s status as the social dividing line between different parts of Wilmette.

NoLa is the part of Wilmette that lies north of Lake Avenue and SoLa is Wilmette’s southland. In the video, Steve Vivian and Gary Shotz provide their entertaining take on NoLa and SoLa.
